Saint Patrick’s Day Ideas

We haven’t been able to make any progress with the passthrough doors, but since today’s Friday and it’s Saint Patrick’s Day this weekend, I thought I’d share a menu for a leprechaun-themed party.

ONE // Honeydew-cucumber mojito

Mojitos are one my favorite cocktails, and this one by none other than Martha Stewart looks very refreshing. And green. So obviously it’s perfect for St. Patrick’s Day!

TWO // Lasagna with homemade pasta

A more traditional meal would probably include corned beef… but I’m not a huge fan, so I thought a green alternative would work? Anyway, you can whip up this spinach homemade pasta and make some raviolis, or lasagna. I’m sure everyone will love it.

THREE // My Goodness, My Guinness Bundt Cake

I love a good bundt cake. This one has Guinness in it (& chocolate of course) and is really tasty. You could decorate it using a cake topper made of (green) washi tape.

Do you guys celebrate St. Patrick’s Day? In our area, most people just go out to Irish bars and have some beer, but nothing special.

What do you think? Share your opinion in the comments.

Great menu. The mojitos look great and very refreshing!! St. Patrick’s day is a pretty big holiday here- mainly because it involves food and drinking haha. It’s apparently the busiest day of the year for local bars and restaurants.
